Wynn Al Marjan Island is hiring a Runner to join the Butler Services team in Ras Al Khaimah. You will support butlers, coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service areas, and help maintain stations for smooth service to guests seeking a premium hospitality experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in luxury hospitality, fluent English, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. The role requires professionalism, a neat appearance, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant.
• Fluent in spoken English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Well‑groomed, physically fit and able to work in a fast‑paced service environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Butlers by coordinating with kitchen, bar, and service areas.
• Prepare and maintain service stations, mise-en-place and readiness.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, clear tables and reset areas.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and stock in service and back‑of‑house areas.
• Assist with guest interactions, handle requests professionally and support service recovery.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and company standards.
• Work with team to provide exceptional VIP guest experiences.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by Head Butler or management.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island: Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theatre, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, water features, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events centre.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Runner to join the Butler Services team.

Responsibilities

• Supports Butlers by ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and service areas.
• Prepares and maintains service stations, mise-en-place, and operational readiness.
• Delivers food and beverages promptly, clears tables, and resets service areas.
• Maintains cleanliness, organization, and stock levels in service and back-of-house areas.
• Assists with guest interactions, handles requests professionally, and supports service recovery.
• Ensures compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and company standards.
• Works collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional VIP guest experiences.
• Completes additional tasks as assigned by the Head Butler or management.

About You

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
• Strong guest-focused attitude with excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding of VIP service standards and ability to handle high-profile guests professionally.
• Well-groomed, physically fit, and confident in a fast-paced service environment.

• Adaptable, responsive, and able to perform under pressure while maintaining excellent service standards.
