Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Strong guest-focused attitude with excellent attention to detail.
• Understanding of VIP service standards and ability to handle high-profile guests.
• Well-groomed, physically fit, and confident in fast-paced service.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in spoken English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Adaptable and able to perform under pressure while maintaining service standards.

Responsibilities

• Supports Butlers by ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen bar and service areas
• Prepares and maintains service stations mise-en-place and operational readiness
• Delivers food and beverages promptly clears tables and resets service areas
• Maintains cleanliness organization and stock levels in service and back-of-house areas
• Assists with guest interactions handles requests professionally and supports service recovery
• Ensures compliance with food safety hygiene health and safety and company standards
• Works collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional VIP guest experiences
• Completes additional tasks as assigned by the Head Butler or management
