Wynn Al Marjan Island is hiring a Runner to join the Butler Services team in Ras Al Khaimah. You will support butlers, coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service areas, and help maintain stations for smooth service to guests seeking a premium hospitality experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in luxury hospitality, fluent English, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. The role requires professionalism, a neat appearance, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant.
• Fluent in spoken English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Well‑groomed, physically fit and able to work in a fast‑paced service environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Butlers by coordinating with kitchen, bar, and service areas.
• Prepare and maintain service stations, mise-en-place and readiness.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, clear tables and reset areas.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and stock in service and back‑of‑house areas.
• Assist with guest interactions, handle requests professionally and support service recovery.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and company standards.
• Work with team to provide exceptional VIP guest experiences.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by Head Butler or management.
