Qualifications

• Formal butler training or certification preferred.

• Multilingual abilities, with fluency in at least two languages.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Head Butler to join the resort's Butler Services team.

Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

• Deliver warm, discreet, Forbes-level service to all VIP guests.
• Welcome guests, assist with packing/unpacking, and provide suite orientations.
• Manage guest preferences, service timings, and special requests.
• Handle reservations, transportation, and personalized arrangements.
• Oversee In-Room Dining accuracy, timing, and presentation.
• Ensure smooth, organized guest departures.

Operations & Suite Readiness

• Ensure VIP suites and Butler Services areas are fully prepared to luxury standards.
• Conduct daily suite checks and report issues promptly.
• Maintain organized, well-stocked pantries and stations.
• Complete shift reports and communicate follow-ups to management.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor Butlers to maintain consistent service excellence.
• Provide on-the-job training and correct deviations from standards.
• Support scheduling, task allocation, and team performance.
• Uphold grooming, etiquette, and professional conduct across the team.

Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with Guest Services and all departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Share guest insights to improve operations and service quality.
• Participate in meetings, briefings, and required training.

Professionalism, Safety & Compliance

• Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and adherence to company policies.
• Support health, safety, and sustainability initiatives.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
