Job summary

Mintskill HR Solutions LLP in Dubai seeks a pre-sales and sales professional to drive end-to-end project execution for rugged computing solutions across key accounts. You will liaison between clients and internal teams, design pilot trials, articulate TCO, and close commercial deals.

Requires 2–5 years in tech sales/pre-sales, strong engineering background, and ability to work extended hours to meet objectives. Arabic language preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering is required with a strong tech foundation.
• MBA in Marketing is desirable but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze assigned key accounts to identify high-value use cases for rugged computing hardware.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to design and execute pilot trials validating operational fit.
• Articulate Total Cost of Ownership benefits with client finance and commercial teams.
• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing and contract closure.
• Develop and submit technical and commercial tender responses per client specs.
• Coordinate internal logistics to guarantee delivery and installation at customer sites.
• Oversee product acceptance lifecycle from installation to GRN.
• Collaborate with finance to finalize documentation and expedite payments.
• Generate accurate sales forecasts and pipeline analysis for leadership review.
• Deliver end-to-end pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
