Job summary

Aldar Retail Management is hiring Ambassadors to deliver a luxury guest experience at a landmark Abu Dhabi destination. You will rotate across Signature Moments Officer, Cultural Mediator and Concierge, guiding arrival, tours and bookings with discretion and refined etiquette.

You should bring 5–8 years in guest service, a passion for culture and design, and a diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality or related fields. Fluency in multiple languages is valued.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive experience in guest service
• Background in aviation, 5-star hotels and resorts, luxury retail, fashion houses, fine dining, museums or luxury shopping malls
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or related field
