Job summary

Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead the guest relations teams across Concierge, Lobby Ambassadors, Guest Relations, Executive Lounge and Butler services. This role focuses on delivering a personalized luxury experience that aligns with the Rosewood brand philosophy and Abu Dhabi sensibilities.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in luxury hotels, a hospitality degree, and excellent communication skills to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations

Qualifications

• Two years’ supervisory experience at a Front Desk in luxury/hyper-luxury environments.
• Bachelor-level degree or higher in Hospitality or related field.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Concierge, Lobby Ambassadors, Guest Relations, Executive Lounge and Butler teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rosewood Abu Dhabi services, facilities and local offerings to provide tailored recommendations.
• Oversee smooth operation of luxury hotel services and maintain highest guest-relations standards.
• Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues and stakeholders to foster strong relationships.
• Respond to guest needs with empathy and discretion, ensuring personalized touches and proactive service.
• Supervise guest service colleagues to ensure attentive, professional service from arrival to departure.
