Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to shape the guest journey from arrival, ensuring warm, intuitive, and efficient service while upholding Rosewood's standards.

You will lead a diverse Front Desk team, collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to guarantee seamless stays, handle guest concerns, and help deliver exceptional experiences at a luxury property in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of Front Desk experience in a luxury property.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent guest service mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficient in hotel systems and confidentiality.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Front Desk operations to ensure flawless check-in/check-out and guest service.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate Front Desk associates to maintain service excellence.
• Monitor room availability, arrivals, departures, and VIP arrangements.
• Maintain compliance with cashiering procedures and security protocols.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
