Talent Intelligence Hub is seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist in Dubai to generate and close revenue across B2B and B2C streams. You will prospect, qualify, and convert opportunities, engaging with C-suite clients and HR leaders to understand challenges and present TIH consulting, training, and coaching solutions.

In this revenue-driven role, you will own the pipeline from discovery to close, collaborate with delivery teams, and maintain precise CRM records.
