Job summary

ElevenLabs, a pioneering AI research and product company, is seeking a Lead Generation Strategy & Operations role. You will scale GTM operations, design and implement systems that streamline sales processes, and empower cross-functional teams with automation, dashboards, and data-driven insights.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Product, driving revenue acceleration and operational excellence while delivering measurable impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Revenue Operations experience at high-growth tech companies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Events, Partner teams to drive revenue initiatives and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with leadership, providing strategic insights and performance reporting.
• Develop and test new ideas, workflows, and sources to improve levers within each function.
• Oversee analytics and performance analyses across pre-sales functions; build dashboards and insights for experimentation.
• Lead the design and management of dashboards, reports and KPIs to measure and enhance team performance.
