Job summary

ElevenLabs in Dubai seeks a Lead Generation Strategy & Operations professional to scale go-to-market efforts. You will build automations, dashboards, and processes to empower sales and data teams across the organization.

You will partner with Marketing, Events, and Partners, lead revenue analytics, and deliver actionable insights. The role requires 4+ years in Revenue Operations, strong SQL, data viz, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Revenue Operations at high-growth technology companies.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Sigma).
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end process management and automation supporting cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Events, Partner teams to drive revenue and ops effectiveness.
• Partner with leadership to provide strategic insights and performance reporting.
• Develop and test new ideas, workflows, and data sources to improve key levers.
• Oversee analytics and dashboarding across pre-sales functions to inform experimentation.
• Design and manage dashboards, reports, and KPIs to measure team performance.
