Job summary

Kerzner International Management seeks a Revenue Manager for Bab Al Shams Desert Resort in the UAE. The role supports the Revenue Manager with data collection, reporting, and inventory management to maximize room revenue and overall profitability.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with Opera Cloud and revenue management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in revenue management, hotel management, economics or data analysis.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Qualification in Revenue Management.
• At least 2 years experience in a five-star hotel or corporate office.
• Middle East experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide reporting and analytical assistance to all revenue-generating departments: Rooms, F&B, Spa, and Leisure.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze production reports for pricing, forecasting and budgeting.
• Conduct ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed.
• Assist the Revenue Manager with daily rate and inventory management.
• Perform revenue management duties in the Revenue Manager’s absence.
• Update weekly forecasts and yield reports; participate in relevant meetings.
