Role Context The Revenue Manager drives commercial performance across the Rooms division by determining how inventory should be priced, positioned, and distributed across different customer segments and booking channels. The role supports both Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal, requiring a strong understanding of luxury resort demand patterns, business mix, distribution economics, market conditions, and pricing behavior. The position combines detailed analytical work with broader commercial strategy. By using revenue management technology, competitive intelligence, distribution data, and demand forecasting, the manager helps ensure the right room is offered to the right customer at the right price and through the most effective channel.
The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a Revenue Manager or comparable hotel revenue management role, ideally within a luxury five-star hotel or resort. A bachelor 's degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, or another relevant discipline is preferred. Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability are essential because the role requires frequent interpretation of demand patterns, competitive pricing, channel performance, business mix, and market trends. Candidates should have practical experience using Revenue Management Systems such as IDeaS, together with rate shopping tools and channel management platforms. Familiarity with PMS technology, e-commerce distribution channels, Direct Connect systems, and GDS environments is also important. The preferred candidate should understand pricing strategy, demand forecasting, inventory controls, distribution performance, market share analysis, and luxury hotel business mix. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required because recommendations must be understood and acted upon by Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Operations, and senior commercial teams. The role also requires the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire colleagues while maintaining high levels of performance and accountability.
