Job summary

Bab Al Shams Desert Resort is seeking a Revenue Analyst to support the Revenue Manager in collecting and analysing data across Rooms, F&B, Spa, and Leisure, and to assist with daily rate and inventory management.

The role focuses on producing detailed reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and contributing to strategic decisions to maximise hotel revenue. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data interpretation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject such as revenue management, hotel management, economics or data analysis.
• English language proficiency in spoken and written.
• Qualification in Revenue Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide reporting and analytical support to all revenue-generating departments (Rooms, F&B, Spa, Sports & Leisure).
• Develop, maintain, and analyze production reports to support performance reviews, pricing strategies, and forecasting.
• Conduct ad‑hoc reports and analyses as needed.
• Assist Revenue Manager with daily rate and inventory management.
• Perform revenue management functions in Revenue Manager’s absence.
• Update forecasts and yield reports, participate in meetings, and provide insights.
• Monitor OTA market segments and set production goals.
• Review online content for compliance and exposure optimization.
• Lead weekly Group Pick-Up meetings with Events Manager.
