Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a Revenue Analyst to join the Revenue Management team as the resort nears opening in the United Arab Emirates in 2027. The role focuses on analyzing booking trends, channel mix optimization, competitive benchmarking, and forecasting to maximize revenue and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in revenue management with strong Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau skills and excellent communication for presenting insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of revenue management, pricing, and forecasting experience.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and performance analysis.
• Experience building monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range revenue forecasts.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy, inventory controls, and demand management.
• Experience producing executive reports, presentations for senior leadership.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze booking trends by channel and demand patterns to identify revenue opportunities.
• Optimize channel mix by analyzing production, profitability, and costs across distribution channels.
• Benchmark rates and market performance to identify pricing opportunities.
• Conduct group displacement analyses and evaluate profitability of group vs. transient business.
• Forecast occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and other key revenue metrics.
• Prepare executive dashboards and insights for strategic decision-making.
• Maintain accurate rates, restrictions and inventory across all channels and systems.
• Develop BI tools and analytics models using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau.
