Job summary

AccorHotels in Dubai is seeking a Revenue Analyst to support the Corporate Revenue Management team across the Rixos Hotels portfolio. Based in Dubai, this role provides reporting, forecasting support, market analysis, and actionable recommendations to guide pricing, inventory and distribution decisions.

You will work closely with hotel revenue management, reservations, sales, marketing and finance teams to identify commercial opportunities and ensure consistent application of revenue management

Qualifications

• German language proficiency demonstrated at work level.
• Relevant market experience in hospitality or travel industries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports and dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market share; analyze variances.
• Forecast hotel revenue, budgets, and business plans; review trends and patterns.
• Analyse pricing, inventory, distribution channels and room category performance.
• Ensure data quality; consolidate reporting definitions and support automation.
