Job summary

AW Rostamani Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Customer Success Executive (Emirati nationals only) to generate high-quality appointments for Sales and Aftersales and to deliver outstanding customer experiences across phone, email, and other channels.

The role targets increased retention and lifetime value, achieving qualitative and revenue KPIs while collaborating with team leaders to improve customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Up to 1 year of customer service experience in a contact centre.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality appointments for Sales and Aftersales.
• Build rapport to increase retention and lifetime value.
• Support customers via phone, email and other channels with excellent service.
• Handle stressful situations and manage challenging customers professionally.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify improvements.
• Complete required training and ensure policy compliance.
• Meet SLAs and KPIs with regular performance evaluations.
