Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in generating quality appointments through outbound and inbound communication.
• Maintain courteous, professional attitude and provide accurate information to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Support the achievement of team revenue goals by contributing to a high standard of customer service and meeting assigned qualitative KPIs.
• Coordinate appointment booking following brand guidelines, ensuring accuracy in capturing customer details in CRM systems.
• Generate revenue by creating high‑quality customer appointments and exceeding customer service expectations.
• Build rapport with customers, delivering proper service with professional behavior and accurate information to enhance retention and lifetime value.
• Apply brand‑specific guidelines to generate appointments, maintaining quality standards and professionalism on call to impact revenue and conversions.
• Provide prompt resolution to customer queries, improving overall satisfaction and relations across the customer journey.
• Support and deliver superior service via phone and email, using questioning, listening, telephone etiquette, and effective handling of transfer, hold, message, callback, and interruption tasks.
• Effectively manage job stress, angry or upset callers, and maintain positive rapport with diverse customer types.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, floor instructions, and time flexibility for shift requirements; meet SLA and KPI targets.
