Job summary

Property Finder in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Head of Customer Success to own post-sales engagement, drive adoption and value realization for subscription customers, and represent customers' interests to maximise product value.

You'll build a regional team, collaborate with Sales Directors and Country Managers, and implement data-driven processes to strengthen retention and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8+ years in B2B SaaS or subscription sales/account management.
• 4+ years leading a team of 5+ people.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
• Forecasting, problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Experience building retention/scaling functions and managing executive relationships.
• CRM & productivity tools proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint; Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a customer success strategy to drive Net Revenue Retention across the group.
• Drive metrics around product adoption and market share, including key offerings.
• Lead a regional team of 12+ customer success partners.
• Hire, develop and coach team to take a consultative approach.
• Act as escalation point for account management matters.
• Carry out on-ground client visits to support and coach the team.
• Monitor health metrics and run client reviews to keep goals on track.
• Identify CS at risk signals to support revenue growth and upsell opportunities.
• Use technology to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with Sales to support customers throughout lifecycle.
