Job summary

Swissotel Al Ghurair & Swissotel Living Al Ghurair in Dubai seek a Director of Revenue to maximize revenue across all streams and guide hotel profitability. You will develop strategies to meet financial objectives while upholding the brand’s standards of hospitality excellence.

You will analyze market trends, optimize pricing, manage distribution, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align revenue goals with broader business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in hospitality or business.
• Experience in revenue management in luxury/hospitality.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue management strategies to grow revenue.
• Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize RevPAR.
• Oversee distribution channels including OTAs, GDS, and direct bookings.
• Forecast revenue and collaborate with departments on budgets.
