Job summary

ANYbotics is seeking a Head of Revenue & Commercial Operations to design and scale the commercial operating engine across regions. You will own forecasting, pipeline governance, sales process, CRM governance and reporting, while translating go-to-market strategy into practical execution.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Operations and help build the infrastructure around a growing, international commercial organization.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations or Sales Operations within a scaling B2B organisation.
• Strong track record owning forecasting, pipeline governance and commercial reporting.
• Experience building or improving commercial processes with change-management capability.

Responsibilities

• Build a trusted commercial forecast and provide visibility of risk to leadership, Finance and Board.
• Define and improve sales stages, opportunity standards, and CRM discipline across regions.
• Establish forecast reviews, pipeline reviews and quarterly commercial reporting.
