Job summary

THE/STUDIO is seeking a hands-on Head of Sales to lead inside sales, outbound and revenue operations across our two units, Customize Now and Source Anything. This is a high-growth, startup environment where you’ll drive growth from the trenches.

You will work directly with the CEO and Sales Manager to design playbooks, analyze data, and ruthlessly optimize pipelines, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales and Business Development.
• 4+ years leading closing/outbound teams in startups.
• Direct executive experience collaborating with a CEO or founders.
• Proven experience building CRM-driven operations (Salesforce/HubSpot/Pipedrive).
• Strong data-driven, metrics-focused leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day revenue operations, forecasting and territory optimization.
• Lead a lean sales organization and ensure pipeline health.
• Analyze data to surface bottlenecks and drive pipeline adjustments.
• Design sales incentives and high-velocity go-to-market strategies.
• Jump into the trenches to close high-value deals when needed.
