Job summary

Tanqeeb, a leading jewellery retail group with showrooms across the GCC, is seeking a professional Retail Trainer to develop showroom teams and elevate customer experience and sales performance.

You will identify training needs, plan monthly calendars, deliver training on product knowledge, selling skills, customer service and clienteling in Arabic and English, and measure impact through KPIs and feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory) with good English.
• Retail experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Trainer, L&D Specialist or in a similar role.
• Jewellery, watch or luxury retail experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent presentation, communication and coaching skills.
• Currently in the UAE (Dubai preferred) and available to join immediately.
• UAE driving licence and a training certification (e.g. TTT) are an advantage.
