Job summary

Al Futtaim Watches & Jewellery at Dubai Mall is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to deliver outstanding customer service and manage daily store operations. You will ensure product knowledge, greet customers, and support sales goals while maintaining a welcoming environment.

The role requires 1-2 years of retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to train new staff. A high school diploma is required, and you will work on-site in a fast-paced fashion/jewellery environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive first impression for customers with energetic attitude and dress code adherence.
• Greet customers upon entry and provide product information.
• Offer quality service in fitting rooms and follow up with customers promptly.
• Assist with sales generation and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Support Store Manager with daily operations, opening/closing, and cover as needed.
• Train new staff on POS operations and handle corrective actions at the POS.
• Maintain store cleanliness and pricing accuracy to prevent losses.
• Participate in store meetings and perform housekeeping duties as required.
