Job summary

A leading jewellery retail group in Dubai with showrooms across the GCC is seeking a professional Arabic-speaking Retail Trainer to develop its showroom teams and drive customer experience and sales performance.

Responsibilities include identifying training needs, delivering product and service training, onboarding new staff, and measuring impact through KPIs and feedback. UAE driving licence and training certification are advantageous. Immediate joiner preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory) with good English.
• Retail experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Trainer, L&D Specialist or in a similar role.
• Jewellery, watch or luxury retail experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent presentation, communication and coaching skills.
