Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in store operations or retail management.
• Experience in Hypermarket or Supermarket sectors; GCC region essential.

Responsibilities

• Financial Performance: drive sales, maximize gross profit, and monitor costs.
• Stock Inventory: ensure high stock availability and inventory accuracy.
• Customer Satisfaction: maintain exceptional service quality and merchandising.
• Team Leadership: coach and motivate staff, manage shifts and welfare.
• Hygiene Safety: enforce store hygiene, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Operations Asset Management: ensure cash handling controls and asset upkeep.
