Job summary

You will build relationships with key customers and maintain store standards to support sales targets.

You will also handle payments, process exchanges, stay updated on promotions and fashion trends, and ensure a welcoming, well-organized store environment for every visitor.

Qualifications

• High school qualification is required.
• 3 to 4 years of retail sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet every customer in a warm and friendly manner and demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
• Identify customer needs through asking questions and confidently recommend appropriate products; close the sale.
• Receive cash or payment in any authorized mode and issue receipts for purchases.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate to management if necessary.
• Demonstrate and maintain product knowledge and in-store promotions at all times.
• Maintain store standards, stock areas, fitting rooms and displays.
