Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a warm greeting.
• Provide a high level of customer service at all times, internal and external.
• Sincerely thank customers as they exit and invite them back.
• Advise customers on product categories with professional knowledge.
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness to create an organized environment.
• Support opening/closing and store management duties as needed.
• Assist in POS operations and handle customer issues at the POS.
• Participate in inventories and store meetings; meet weekly sales goals.
• Handle pricing and ticketing procedures to protect against pricing errors.
