Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing retail store openings, renovations, relocations and refurbishments.
• Coordinate with Design, Projects, VM, Operations, Procurement, Finance, IT and other stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
• Support project timelines, budgets, milestones and deliverables from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants and external vendors.
• Track project progress and highlight delays, risks and dependencies to the Project Manager.
• Assist in reviewing BOQs, quotations, drawings, layouts and project-related documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure work aligns with plans and brand standards.
• Coordinate store handover activities and close pending works before opening.
• Maintain project trackers, status reports, meeting minutes and documentation.
• Follow up on procurement, material deliveries, approvals and installation schedules.
• Support snagging and timely closure of issues identified during execution.
• Ensure projects comply with company policies, health & safety requirements and local regulations.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and quality.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to management.
