• Support the Project Director across the project lifecycle from concept to handover.
• Prepare workflows, track milestones, monitor deliverables and organize meetings.
• Maintain meeting minutes, submittal logs, progress reports and correspondence.
• Coordinate submissions, reviews and approvals with consultants and operators.
