Job summary

Apparel Group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates seeks a Project Coordinator for Retail Fit-Out to support planning and execution of store openings, refurbishments and closures. You will coordinate vendors, documentation, site activities and budgets to ensure on-time handover to Operations.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in retail project coordination, familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office, and strong organizational and communication skills. Full-time, on-site role in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in retail project coordination or fit-out industry.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Projects team with planning and executing new store openings, refurbishments and closures.
• Track project schedules, milestones and completion requirements.
• Monitor material deliveries, vendor progress and site readiness.
• Support Project Managers with landlord and contractor coordination.
• Coordinate activities to ensure timely completion and handover.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
