Job summary

Azadea Group is seeking a Retail Lead to oversee store operations and drive overall performance in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate with Azadea's Shared Services to ensure timely completion of all operational functions and maintain stock control while maximizing visibility and brand standards across all stores.

The position requires 6–8 years in retail with at least 3 years in a managerial role, fluent English (Arabic a plus), and a degree in Business Administration (MBA preferred).

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is preferred.
• 6–8 years in Retail or similar role with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and overall performance in coordination with Azadea's Shared Services.
• Develop action plans to maintain positive shop performance and assist in setting seasonal projections.
• Ensure appearance and visual display of stores align with visual merchandising and brand guidelines; provide feedback to VM standards.
