Qualifications

• Five years of experience in Retail or a similar role.
• Two years of experience in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Support shop operations and maintain high customer service standards.
• Assist in managing inventories and product orders.
• Report issues and address customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on KPIs, sales trends, and team productivity.
• Schedule staff effectively to optimize costs.
• Supervise shop opening and closing processes.
• Communicate sales targets to the team and monitor performance.
• Coach the team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Train and evaluate staff to maximize their potential.
