Job summary

GMG store in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales and ensure exceptional customer service. You will manage visual merchandising, inventory, loss prevention, and staff scheduling while upholding GMG standards.

The role requires 3–4 years in retail with supervisory experience, strong product knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office. You will mentor the team and coordinate with the store management to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3–4 years of relevant retail experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Industry knowledge and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong MS Office skills and stock management understanding.

Responsibilities

• Communicates store targets to the team to drive sales.
• Maintains loss prevention standards and cash handling compliance.
• Oversees POS activities, transactions, and stock updates.
• Manages cash reconciliation and petty cash.
• Conducts stock counts and audits; resolves discrepancies.
• Handles customer complaints and delivers timely resolutions.
• Analyzes sales data and market trends to boost profitability.
• Ensures attractive visual merchandizing and compliant displays.
• Plans staffing and scheduling to meet peak periods.
• Coordinates with facilities for store maintenance.
