Responsibilities

• Supervise food preparation and presentation; ensure high-quality meals.
• Manage restaurant operations: opening/closing, shifts, purchasing coordination.
• Monitor team performance; meet targets and reward performance.
• Handle customer complaints and complex queries.
• Assess displayed items for quantity and quality; adjust as needed.
• Follow HS&E policies to mitigate risks.
• Monitor F&B costs; oversee budget alignment and pricing strategies.
• Record invoices per company policy.
