Job summary

AZADEA Group in Dubai Mall of the Emirates is seeking a Shop Manager II to supervise store operations, optimize inventory, and lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and profitability aligned with brand standards.

The role requires 4–6 years in retail, 2 years in a managerial role, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. You will report to the store leadership and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive sales and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Four to six years of experience in the Retail, or a similar role.
• Two years of experience in a managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to maximize customer service and sales.
• Manage inventory, receiving, stock movements, and shrinkage.
• Monitor hourly, daily, and weekly sales and plan replenishment.
• Prepare staff schedules based on budgeted hours and traffic.
• Ensure store licenses and staff documents are compliant.
• Maintain store appearance to brand standards and supervise maintenance.
• Develop reports on KPIs, sales trends, and productivity.
• Lead and train the retail team to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with regional teams on assortment and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with budgets and cost control.
