Job summary

Azadea Group is seeking a Shop Manager in Dubai to supervise store operations, maximize sales, and ensure profitability in line with brand standards. You will manage inventory, maintenance, staff, and external appearance of the shop, ensuring licenses and certificates are up to date.

The role requires strong English communication, Arabic is a plus, and 4–6 years in retail with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations to ensure exceptional customer service and profitability.
• Greet customers, assist, address needs and complaints to foster loyalty.
• Manage inventory, receiving processes, cycle counts, stock transfers, and shrinkage.
• Analyze sales, monitor top items, and plan replenishment with stakeholders.
• Prepare staff schedules and communicate daily/ hourly targets.
• Maintain store image and brand standards; check cleanliness and displays.
• Develop KPI reports and insights on sales trends and inventory levels.
• Lead and train the team; conduct regular briefings and coaching.
