• 7–10 years in learning & development, with strong retail familiarity.
• Experience building enterprise learning strategies and leadership development.
• Proficient with LMS/LXP platforms and modern learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise learning strategy aligned with priorities and brand values.
• Design and govern structured learning academies for frontline, corporate, and leadership populations.
• Build capability frameworks and skills taxonomies to support career pathways and succession.
• Oversee delivery of blended learning programs and leadership development initiatives.
• Implement evaluation frameworks to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.
