Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Business Solutions Manager to align IT solutions with retail strategies across UAE, Qatar, Egypt and Oman. You will analyse, design, configure and support ERP modules, guiding implementation of tools across stores and warehouses while ensuring alignment with group standards.

The role requires translating business needs into technical requirements and managing multi-territory deployments with a focus on efficiency and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering.
• Microsoft Nav Certification or equivalent.
• Business Central (On Prem/Cloud) related certificates.
• Minimum 7+ years in a mid-management role for retail applications.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Navision, Business Central On Prem/Cloud, CRM), LS-Retail & Microsoft SQL Server.
• BI applications like Power BI or equivalent are required.

Responsibilities

• Scope and translate business requirements into ERP solutions.
• Lead end-to-end project rollouts with minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with global teams for centralized IKEA IT tools.
• Ensure compliance with audits and data governance.
• Manage go-live readiness and post-rollout support.
