Job summary

Al-Futtaim Group seeks a Business Solutions Manager to lead ERP and IT initiatives across UAE, Qatar, Egypt and Oman. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, oversee ERP module implementations, and ensure adherence to global group standards across stores and warehouses.

The role requires strong analytical and strategic abilities, 7+ years in retail IT, and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics ERP and Power BI.

Qualifications

Graduate in Computer Science or IT Engineering.
Microsoft Nav. Certification or equivalent.
Business Central (On Prem/Cloud) related certificates.
Minimum 7+ years in mid-management for retail applications.
Working knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Navision, Business Central On Prem/Cloud, CRM).
BI applications like Power BI or equivalent are required.

Responsibilities

Determine business requirements and how to improve functions via integrated solutions.
Elicit requirements through interviews, documents, surveys, and site visits.
Translate requirements into workflows and integrations with critical software.
Define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses.
Plan, manage and evaluate team work to meet SLAs and standards.
Audit and ensure compliance with global audits and data security.
