IKEA UAE is seeking a Business Solutions Manager to align IT solutions with business strategy across territories. The Business Solutions Manager is responsible for managing and supporting business IT solutions to align with IKEA's strategy across territories. The role involves analysis, design, configuration, and support of processes to improve efficiency and meet business goals. The manager will guide the implementation of ERP modules and IT tools across all IKEA stores and warehouses in the UAE, Qatar, Egypt, and Oman. Success in this role requires the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and maintain alignment with IKEA and Al-Futtaim Group standards.
