Staff Connect UAE is seeking a Business Applications Specialist to provide functional and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and more. You will serve as the onsite D365 F&O SME, handling configurations, deployments, security, and integrations to ensure reliable operations in UAE, FMCG, and retail contexts.

The role covers governance of master data, reporting, UAT coordination, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS or related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience supporting ERP and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience supporting multiple D365 modules: Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales, Production.
• Experience with security, workflows, batch jobs, deployments, integrations, UAT, and data management.
• ERP transformation or migration project experience is an advantage.
• Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing, distribution or retail preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for D365 F&O and related business applications.
• Coordinate deployments, releases, testing, and change requests; manage incidents and service requests.
• Support configuration, reporting, data interfaces, and integration monitoring.
• Govern master data, security roles, access reviews, and approvals.
• Support Power BI/SSRS reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Coordinate UAT, deployments, hotfixes, and environment refreshes.
• Maintain knowledge transfer and process documentation; ensure business continuity.
