Rakbank is seeking a Relationship Officer in the United Arab Emirates to acquire new customers and promote our Retail Banking products, including Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and Payroll Accounts. You will engage with customers via outdoor sales, company tie-ups, and promotional activities to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1–3 years of experience selling Retail Banking products.
• Direct sales, customer acquisition, or relationship management experience.

Responsabilités

• Acquire new customers and promote Retail Banking products.
• Promote cards, loans, payroll accounts and cross-sell solutions.
• Generate business through company tie-ups, referrals, and outdoor activities.
• Meet sales targets and build relationships with corporate clients.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, roadshows and promotions.
• Ensure compliant and ethical sales practices.
