Rakbank in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) for Corporate Banking to support the Corporate Banking Coverage team with daily client servicing and operations.

The role requires UAE National status (Family Book). A finance-related bachelor’s degree is essential, with strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Banking experience is beneficial as you help manage client portfolios and promote digital banking solutions.

Qualifications

• UAE National with Family Book required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Prior banking, customer service, or client-facing experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Support Corporate Banking Coverage team with day-to-day client servicing and operational activities.
• Assist with corporate account opening, profile maintenance, transfers, fixed deposit placements, and other client requests.
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client enquiries and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of client transactions.
• Support relationship managers in managing customer portfolios and maintaining accurate client records.
• Promote digital banking solutions and assist clients in adopting online services.
• Assist in preparing management reports, presentations, and portfolio-related information.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to corporate banking, client relationship management, and business operations while supporting some of the Bank's key corporate clients.

What You Will Do:

• Support the Corporate Banking Coverage team with day-to-day client servicing and operational activities.
• Assist with corporate account opening, profile maintenance, transfers, fixed deposit placements, and other client requests.
