Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify locations for new hypermarkets and supermarkets.
• Lead property acquisition and site-related negotiations for expansion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including construction, legal, marketing and other departments.
• Manage project schedules and budgets for new store openings and expansion initiatives.
• Analyze financial performance and ROI of proposed locations and expansion projects.
• Negotiate leases and maintain relationships with property owners and stakeholders.
• Monitor expansion progress against timelines and financial targets.
