Job summary

Paramount Hotel Dubai is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee all dining operations in our luxury hotel. You will lead the service team, ensure standards are met, and deliver high-end F&B service in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle guest concerns, maintain hygiene and safety, and coordinate opening/closing duties with service procedures. Flexibility to work varied shifts in a multicultural setting is essential.

Job Purpose:

• Oversees all restaurant operations to ensure that restaurant runs smoothly.
• Supervise and support the restaurant service team

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role within a 5-star, multicultural hotel environment, preferably with exposure to pool bar operations, high-volume service, and good knowledge of alcoholic beverages.
• Must have strong leadership, guest service, and complaint-handling skills, with strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Must be flexible to work different shifts and extended hours and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury environment
