Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify deficiencies.
• Communicate with guests and colleagues to meet guest needs.
• Ensure staff teamwork and monitor dining room activity for safety and guest well being.
• Complete work orders for maintenance and inventories of supplies, food, and liquor.
• Manage bank, cash handling, and ensure accuracy of contracted monies.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching, and motivating staff.
• Maintain professional appearance, protect company assets, and enforce safety policies.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests; anticipate service needs and show appreciation.
