Job summary

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and complaint-handling skills.
Knowledge of inventory, cost control, food safety & hygiene standards.
Ability to drive sales, upselling and overall outlet performance.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
UAE hospitality / restaurant experience preferred.
Candidates currently available in the UAE preferred.
