Job summary

Capital Motion operates leading UAE restaurants and seeks an Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily venue operations at Yas Bay, Abu Dhabi. You will lead a diverse team, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain cleanliness, safety, and service standards across shifts.

With 2–3 years of supervisory hospitality experience, you will manage scheduling, train staff, and coordinate with kitchen and service teams to deliver timely orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or F&B.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Solid understanding of service operations and guest relations.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic administrative tasks.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service flow.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, support, and feedback.
• Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and service protocols.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff attendance and productivity.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety across the outlet.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care.
• Support inventory control, stock rotation, and requisition processes.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and participate in training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygieneregulations.
• Lead by example in delivering warm, attentive, and personalized service.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Promote a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
• Monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
