Job summary

Azadea Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead the restaurant's operations, from opening to closing, staff scheduling, and liaising with purchasing.

You will monitor food quality and presentation to meet brand standards, enforce health and safety protocols, handle guest concerns, manage inventory and promotions, and develop annual or seasonal plans to drive sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Five to seven years of hospitality management or F&B operations experience.
• Two years of managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of service standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations including opening/closing, maintenance, shifts, and purchasing coordination.
• Monitor food prep and presentation to meet brand standards.
• Ensure service standards and health and safety compliance.
• Handle customer complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Manage stock, inventory, orders, and promotions to maximize sales and minimize loss.
• Develop annual/seasonal business plans and budgets to target P&L profitability.
